An Experiential Workshop on Breathing, Life, Wellbeing

– All Levels –

On Saturday, May 18th , choose to offer to yourself a relaxing break and get a refreshing breath from your usual routine.
Join us to make a journey to the body, mind and heart, through breathing.
From the moment we are born we breathe.

We can endure weeks without food, days without water, but just a few minutes without oxygen!

Breathing is always with us. Every moment. Through breathing, we can improve many aspects of our lives by focusing on the way we breathe.
Through the knowledge and wisdom of Yoga, in this workshop you will have the opportunity to discover how to use your breath as a practical tool in order to raise your energy levels, to “clear” your mind and to enjoy absolute relaxation.
By learning to breathe properly and consciously, you will be able to broaden the vital energy (Prana) within your body, improving your overall health and your life.

* What you will gain with this workshop *

Through the breathing techniques (Pranayama) and carefully chosen yoga exercises you will be able to:

* Learn how to use breathing as a means of eliminating stress. Quality breathing increases blood circulation and lowers blood pressure. So it is an effective tool to restore peace and balance.

* Improve your digestion, strengthen your immune system and eliminate toxins from your body by feeding it with pure oxygen.

* Connect with yourself and your “center” while balancing your nervous system. You will be guided to understand how the way you inhale is linked to how you manage the events of your life and how your exhale relates to acceptance and your ability to let go all the things that don’t benefit to your wellbeing.

* Rejuvenate, energize your body and clear your mind.

* Enjoy an experience of absolute relaxation and discover methods that will allow you to use your breath, a practical tool for improving your daily life.

The program also includes organic SARISTI tea and healthy snacks that will be served after our practice.

During this time there will be plenty of time for relaxation, discussion and questions about breathing and wellness.
When you complete the workshop, you will have completed a trip to your Self.

In addition, you will have learned how to maintain your peace of mind, live in the “now”, and experience more consciously a daily life full of meaning through breathing.
