One Breath One Community #5

We are pleased to invite you to our 5th Community Event, in the Ktima Aristi in Chalandri. Come for a guided mindfulness meditation at all levels, with Myrto Legaki as rapporteur. After the end of the 30-minute practice, we will have the opportunity to share time together for discussion and questions.

As always, Saristi supports us with its organic beverages.

These open meetings will be organized on a regular basis to give us the opportunity to gather for group meditation in order to reignite and share what inspires us, discuss our experiences and answer any questions that we have regarding meditation, as well as anything else that might help us live better and offer back as a community to our surrounding environment. We will often have guests for open talks in matters of wellness, volunteering, relationship with our children, health, mental health etc.

We strive to build a warm community of people that wish to live more consciously, but also give back – as much as possible – in order to make a prettier and more peaceful world for everyone. One breath connects us all! #OneBreathribe

 

*Who should be interested in One Breath One Community*

Our events are open to all. This includes students of our faculty, people that have come to our corporate seminars, as well as all who want to come closer to the practice of mindfulness , Open Floor Greece and want to connect with people that share common interests.

Previous experience in mindfulness is not mandatory 

 

*What you should bring with you*

A yoga mat (optionally your practice pillow as well) and something to cover yourself with. There will be small mats by Aladastra and chairs.
