An experiential seminar on how to combine Coaching and the Feldenkrais method to meet your daily challenges in a different, more flexible and more functional way.
In the Moving Forward seminar we will approach the same topic (boundaries, obstacles, challenges, change) through different tools: Coaching and movement (Feldenkrais). The purpose is to observe the interaction between these methods and to mobilize the self as a whole.
It is a one-off seminar and open to all. It is aimed at those who wish to learn the basics of Coaching and the Feldenkrais method, as well as those who wish to deepen their existing practice.
The participants are kindly asked to wear confortable and warm clothes.
