The gardening workshop of Aristi Estate is ideal for adults who wish to create their own garden in the city. Those who don’t have an estate in the countryside will learn useful tips on how to create and maintain a small vegetable garden, a beautiful herb garden at their house, their rooftop or their balcony.

By creating our own garden in the city we give our body the chance to eat healthily and we take care of our family by offering them a healthy diet. Moreover, working with the ground and doing handwork are suggested ways to destress. In this way, we get the chance to spend time with ourselves, focus, make decisions, find peace and experience the feeling of hope. In addition, we get a sense of completion and self-confidence, as the effort and the hard work that we put into it during sowing and planting are followed by blossoming and fruit harvest.

In this course of hands-on seminars, participants will learn the principles of organic crop in urban vegetable gardens, balconies, flowerbeds and small estates. Seminars are self-contained but can also be attended as a complementary part of a course of production. Every workshop includes theoretical and practical training at the organic vegetable garden of Aristi Estate.
